Is the increasing of food prices impacting your healthy? I know it’s almost impossible if you’re feeding more than you. During this challenging time, we get to be thankful in the U.S to have access to an abundance of food. I know it can seem harder at time to afford healthy food you are putting on your table.
Let not talk about the cost of living and gas price etc…
I’m receiving so many new clients that took the wrong path when food prices when up, they started to make more McDonald stops, and having the cheap lunch and snacks (like chips, pizza and grease burgers) yes, they saved a few dollars, but their healthcare cost has rising due to the wrong food choice. I don’t want this to be you, it will not work in your favor. Let not take this path!
So, what can you do about?
You can still eat healthy on a budget; you can purchase a personalize budget friendly meal plan. I want you to stay on the healthy thriving lifestyle track.
This is the perfect time to add more vegetables and fruits to your diet.
Small gradual changes that you can stick with for the long haul are more effective than any fast food.
Plan your menu. Nutritious choices are easier when you decide what to have for dinner in advance. You can also use your menu/meal plan to help resist impulse purchases at the supermarket.
Drink water. Quench your thirst with plain water or unsweet tea. Your body often mistakes thirst for hunger, so try a glass of water first when you experience any cravings.
For a limited time, I’m offering 10% off my meal plans and 20% off 1-1 coaching.
